Designed as a big one family home, this 1992 residence built to owner’s specifications of international standards, a decade long expat himself. The main entrance leads through an entree – leading by stairs to an upper unit (see below) and, through a second entrance door into the central unit itself. At the other end of the hallway are two bedrooms and a central bathroom including a bathtub with shower, a separate shower cabin, sink, heated towel rack, and toilet. All rooms are individually heat controlled, all windows are equipped with pull up shudders, automatic in the living room. A small, easy care parklike garden features old trees, mature vegetation and a small pond stocked with gold fish and koi, it all provides a high degree of privacy, a close to nature feel and space for relaxation. Two fruit bearing apples trees provide blossoms in spring and a rich, tasty harvest in season. An extra large double garage with automatic, remote controlled garage door provides safe storage for 2 cars, bikes, and more. In addition, on-site parking for 2 cars provides easy access to the cul-de-sac street. Further free, public parking is available on marked places. A specially designed, hand wrought, ornamental iron fence provides a feeling of decorative security. The object is available either fully, partly or un-furnished and is ready for immediate occupancy as is or until your household goods arrive. Options: Single, double, bunk, add on, sofa, fold out or other beds may be made available as well as complete children’s room equipment.

It was mostly renovated in 2017/18 with new tiles, bathroom equipment, kitchen and more. All rooms have smoke detectors, and an intercom to the front door, fire extinguisher and other features of safety and convenience. Located in a quiet residential suburb of Hannover with ideal infra structure (trains, commuter trains, busses, kindergarten, schools, restaurants, basic shopping, 1 km link to Autobahn A 2), the village like character still includes several century traditional old farm houses (no animals, all residential) while offering all the amenities of a secluded suburb. The airport may be reached in some 30 minutes by car or convenient commuter train, while an airport limousine pick up service happens to be located a few houses away. A bus station is located at 3 minutes walking distance connecting all suburbs until the Hannover main train station. Flat fee group tickets carry you from our station starting at 9 EUR p P throughout all of Lower Saxony (all the way to the border of the Netherlands!), Bremen and Hamburg including most busses and local city transport.
